I must have pulled a muscle in my outer thighs or something. It is painful to do anything!
I think I damaged it last week in gymnastics practice. It felt sore the rest of the week.
But then I went to the Stunt People's open gym and after a couple front tuck crashes... it must have been the straw that broke the camel's back.
Both legs' outer thigh area is very sore and tender. Almost everything I do with my legs affects it. Walking hurts so I'm limping around everywhere. Going up or down stairs hurts, sitting down or standing up really hurts!
Maybe I need physical therapy for this one.
This is the first time I've had this happen too, so it's quite annoying.
